McDonald's in Bad Sackingen

Employees are rude, cheeky and outrageous. Twice something was forgotten to pack. When I mentioned it in the branch, I was ridiculed. I consider the MC Donalds in Bad Säckingen to be the worst branch I know. Pity....

Outrageous management! Apart from incompetent employees, I always had to wait between 30 and 50 minutes for my food, in most cases part of the order was still missing. My wife complained (after repeated occurrences) about the missing part of the order, whereupon an employee issued her a handwritten credit note on the receipt. On the next visit she wanted to redeem the credit (14 euros), while the boss claimed that none of her employees had issued this credit and thus assumed that she had forged it or made it herself. What do you think !!! ??? Do you really feel we need (@boss, maybe you have?) To steal fast food (the slowest fast food I know) with a fake credit in your juice shop? Rather read your reviews on Google and start solving your problems (the same over and over again) in your store rather than suspecting decent people of cheating! I wish you every success in this.

When I order with the app, I often have problems with payment. I have saved my visa in the app and always pay with the. Unfortunately, some employees do not seem to know what to enter at the terminal, or something technically does not work. Despite choosing the Visa as a payment method in the app, I am always asked how I would like to pay. If I then say with Visa, it will work for some and not for some. It would be nice if the technology and the training of employees could be improved

The shift supervisor doesn't work at all, knocking down employees in front of everyone is unworthy. Food and processing are good, mostly fresh and if a mistake happens, it is quickly fixed

Just got a parking ticket for 1.46 hours of parking. Apparently only 1 hour is allowed. 25 € extra for waiting in the restaurant and a normal restaurant stay. Many thanks

We were there on October 31, 2020 and we placed our order at 3:20 pm. After our order was still not processed at 3:45 p.m., we contacted the staff in a friendly manner. It was great that it worked immediately. Unfortunately, we were bitterly disappointed today when we looked in the mailbox, due to the long wait we exceeded the 60 minute parking time and are now also punished with a 20 € fine. This is not customer friendliness!

I do not recommend!!! Things are missing in the order, every time you leave and check that everything is there! They don't give bills, the seller won't even ask if we want the bill!

I have already ordered take-away 3 times here. You wait here forever! Chaos rules. The last time someone worked to prepare the food and was always taken away by the colleagues. The food for the tables is around 15 minutes until it is picked up, then you don't see anyone serving the tables for longer. Of the 3 times there were wrong things at home or the order was incomplete. Especially bitter when the things the children ordered are missing. I don't think I'll do this place to myself again. There is also a lot going on at other McDonalds, but I've never seen such chaos.

Mei MC Drive always really always extremely long waiting times! Even if only two cars are standing, you always wait at least 25 minutes. So you prefer to drive from Säckingen to Waldshut to the MC Donalds is faster overall when driving !!

Unfortunately very long waiting times. When our friends ordered at the same time, we had to wait almost 50 minutes for our food. I am a patient person, but such a waiting time is impossible!

Very bad custom service, maybe the worst in the world, i have been all over the world, here couple of times, the WORST place for mcdonalds, i think you will get better service in India then here. They bring food twice, first time in 15 min, then after 15 min... catastrofal for Mcdonalds,, i am writing this as i am waiting for the food.... DONT GO HERE ... Mcdonalds? Any comment?

Food was ok, but i didnt enjoy the fact that the workers where force to Serve food at people's Table.

They have free WiFi hotspot. The ouside dininig patio wasn't clean.

It took really long, ordered a coffee to pay cash at the register, nobidy helped me, then ordered at the self service machine. Took like 5 minuts before i had my coffee. And please do something about the flies in the restaurant. It felt disguisting. Only good point was that i had my coffee and the woman who made my coffee was friendly, but looked tired, becouse they couldnt keep up with the orders, and it wasnt even bussy. So pkease hire more people and do something about the flies. Coffee was goid, the rest not

Quick stop for juice due to 38 degree heat. Easy order, quick serve. No issues. Staff very pleasant.

Terrible manager. The fries were filled up half and cold. One star is too much to give.

Normally a McDonald's just works, but this one is only chaos! Half of the food didn't come, and the rest was wrong labelled, so that the "Apfeltasche" was actually a "Kirschtasche" and the burger with egg, actually comes without egg. But it seems like the workers are used to complaints, so I had the right food quite quickly.

Well... I normally give 5 stars because a McDonald's is normally delivering what you expect from them. In this particular one, though, there was complete chaos, mixing up drinks, but the best part was that they could not even give me the sandwich I ordered, only at the 3rd time. And I swear, I ordered a standard chicken sandwich from the menu, no customization or special wish. It took 15 minutes to get it. Not to talk about the cold fries and the also cold pie which stuck in its box.

Slow service, otherwise great.

I eat here every week. Sometimes I have to wait fod the food, but nowaday they improved. Staff are nice. I like this place.
